We provide highly accurate and reliable works based on the senses and knowledge cultivated from our engineers' years of processing experience. ★ Additionally, we offer precision machining tailored to our customers' needs. ■ Horizontal Processing For three-dimensional cast products, we respond to product needs with "horizontal machining" that allows for movement within 1/1000 degree. Through multi-surface processing and coaxial processing (single chuck), we provide machining, precision, skills, and speed tailored to various product shapes. ■ Ultra-High Precision Processing For high-precision parts with hole pitches that are impossible to achieve with machining center processing, we utilize "jig boring" technology that offers micron-level performance (close to zero). To maintain product accuracy, we pay attention to air conditioning and temperature control in the workplace, using our self-developed environmental equipment for production. ■ Small Parts Mass Production Equipped with 5 machines with 2 pallets and 1 machine with a 10-surface pallet, we handle everything from "prototyping to small parts mass production." With a variety of equipment and the speed it enables, along with the skills of our engineers, we propose product creation that will satisfy our customers.
